Demo request privacy

Your information.
A clear purpose.

This page explains how the information you send through the ChachlaPay demo-request form is handled.

Updated 21 October 2026

What you share

The form asks for your name, work email, company, industry, markets and main area of interest. You can also share a company website and optional context about your account platform, payment providers or questions.

How your request is handled

We use your details to respond about your demo request and the business needs you describe. Sending a request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

The form sends your information to Formspree, which provides spam filtering, a submission archive and email notifications to the ChachlaPay inbox. Formspree may also process technical information, such as your IP address and browser details, for service operation and security. See Formspree’s privacy policy for its practices.

Keep the conversation at a business level

Please do not send customer records, payment or bank details, identity documents, passwords, API keys or other credentials. General descriptions of your setup are enough for a first conversation.

Questions, corrections or deletion

Reply to a follow-up email about your request if you have a privacy question or would like us to correct or delete the information you submitted.
